# How to change your email address?

You can update your email address from your profile settings.

#### How to change your email

1. Go to [**Account Settings**](https://crowdreply.io/dashboard?settings=profile)
2. Go to the **Profile** tab
3. Click on the **Email** field and update it to your new email address
4. Click **Save** to apply the change

Your account will now be associated with the new email address. All future communications, notifications, and password reset emails will be sent to this updated address.

#### Important notes

* Make sure you enter a valid email address that you have access to
* If you use **Google sign-in**, your email is tied to your Google account and cannot be changed from within CrowdReply and you would need to update it through your Google account
* If you're having trouble updating your email, contact our support team at **support@crowdreply.io** for assistance
