How to connect CrowdReply MCP
Connect CrowdReply to Cursor, Claude, or Codex so your AI assistant can work with your brands, tasks, and visibility data without leaving the chat.
What you can do
Once connected, you can ask your AI tool to help with things like:
- Checking task status and recent activity
- Reviewing AI search visibility for your brands
- Seeing recent social listening mentions and tracked keywords
- Looking up account and billing details
Actions that use credits in the dashboard also use credits when run through MCP.

MCP + API access is included on all plans (Starter, Growth, and Enterprise).
You need an active subscription before you can connect.

Good to know

FAQs
Which AI tools work with CrowdReply MCP?
Cursor, Claude, and Codex are supported from the dashboard. Other MCP-compatible tools can use the same server URL if they support custom connectors.
Do I need an API key?
Not for the one-click connect buttons: you sign in with your CrowdReply account. If you connect manually, follow the sign-in steps your tool shows after adding the server URL.
Is MCP the same as the API?
Both are included with your subscription. MCP lets you use CrowdReply from inside AI assistants. The API is for custom integrations you build yourself. Manage your API key under Account Settings → API & Webhook.
Will MCP actions spend my credits?
Yes, credit-based actions use your balance the same way they do in the dashboard.
