# How to generate an invoice with your business details?

If you need invoices with your business information for accounting or tax purposes, you can add your business details and download invoices directly from CrowdReply.

#### How to add your business details

1. Go to **Account Settings** → **Payment & Billing** → [**Invoices**](https://crowdreply.io/dashboard?settings=invoices)
2. Click **Add business details**
3. Fill in the form:
* **Business name** — Your company or business name
* **Tax ID** — Your VAT number, tax identification number, or equivalent
* **Business address** — Your registered business address
* **Phone number** — Your business phone number
4. Click **Update** to save

Once saved, your business details will automatically appear on all invoices you download.

#### How to download an invoice

1. Find the transaction you need an invoice for
2. Click **Download** in the **Invoice** column

The invoice will be downloaded as a PDF with your business details included (if you've added them).
