# How to invite team members and manage access

> **Seats and billing:** Starter includes **two** teammate seats. Growth and Enterprise include **unlimited** seats. If your **subscription lapses** or **payment fails**, teammates may **lose access** until your account is current again. While someone is **paused**, they do not use a seat.
> 
> Once you Invite teammates by email. They can accept the invite from their inbox.




#### How to invite team members

#### 

1. Open **Account Settings**.
2. Open [**Team settings**](https://crowdreply.io/prompts?settings=team).
3. Click **Invite member**. If the button is greyed out, your plan does not include team members yet.
4. Enter their email. Choose **Viewer** (look only) or **Editor** (can make changes). Invite another person only if you still have a free seat.
5. Pick **All brands** or **Specific brands**, then **Send Invite**.


#### Good to know

#### 

* **Viewer vs Editor:** Editors can change the brand. Viewers can look only. Some actions stay with the owner only.
* **Pending invites:** An invite stays pending until it is accepted. You can resend from the list if the link expires.
* **Brands others shared with you:** Open **[Brand settings](https://crowdreply.io/prompts?settings=brand)**&#160; **then check **External Brands** to see those brands and your role.
