# How to post a comment task?

To post a new comment on a Reddit thread using CrowdReply, follow these steps:

1. **Go to the [Add Task](https://crowdreply.io/new-task) page**
2. **Select the “Comment Task” Tab**
3. **Paste the Thread URL**
(Use the main Reddit thread URL)
4. **Write Your Comment**
Enter the content you want posted as the comment.
5. **Choose the Tag**
Select the tag you want this comment to be assigned under.
6. **Choose Scheduling (Optional)**
Decide if you want your comment posted immediately or scheduled for later.
7. **Click Submit**
Once everything is ready, click Submit to finalize your task.
