If you hit your plan limit

When you try to add more models than your plan allows, CrowdReply shows Unlock More AI Models. You can:

  • Click Upgrade plan to open Billing and move to a higher tier, or
  • Click Manage models, deselect a model you no longer need, then select a different one.

Good to know

  • Each brand has its own model selection. Changing models for one brand does not affect your other brands.
  • Only the workspace owner can change AI models in Brand settings. Team members with Editor or Viewer access can view the brand but cannot save model changes.
  • Deselecting a model stops new tracking on that platform for the brand. Your dashboard filter (Model Selector on Overview) only shows models currently selected for the active brand.
  • If you downgrade your plan, CrowdReply may pause models that exceed your new limit. Upgrade again or adjust your selection in Brand settings to restore tracking.
